Pressure & Vacuum Relief
Valve is designed not only for product vapour conservation
but also to allow tank breathing.
The pressure and vacuum functions are combined in one fitting
which is availiable in 2"-12: (50 mm-300mm) sizes.

The valve mounts flush to the tank with a plug
extending into the tank with the seat ring flush with the
inner wall of the tank. The valve's compact, lightweight design
is ideal for in-line maintenance under the tank. It can be
specified with either a 45° or 60° outlet angle.Other options
include bellows seal, normalizing fins, a special body without
pockets, steam jacketing or a plug that retracts into the
body (as opposed to the standard design with an extended plug).
The tank flush valve can also be supplied as a control valve.

Flocon Offers a full range of electrically
actuated ball valves that can be supplied in sizes 1/4” to
2 1/2” and pressure ranges from 1,000 psi to 10,000 psi. A
full complement of accessories can also be supplied, i.e.
limit switches, solenoids, etc.
These ball valves are particularly suited for actuation, offering
three piece ball valve flexibility with the minimum of maintenance.

- The unique Lined Butterfly Valve designed exclusively
for highly corrosive application.
- Sizes from 2" to 16"
- Body: Upper and lower valve are assembled together With
2 bolts with seat ring incorporated inside. The inner surface
and other wetted part are TEFLON (PFA/FEP) Lined.
- Disc: Strength Lined with TEFLON (PFA/FEP) for smooth
and corrosive resistant surface seat ring. Lined TEFLON
(PFA/FEP) gives no odour objectionable to food corrosion,
resistant and smooth internal surface leaves no packet for
bacteria. Special seal designed around the stem functions
primary seal effect.
- Back up ring: Secondly seal around the stem assures long
losting sealing effect.
- Stem Guide: Low friction bushing of TEFLON(PTFE) needs
no lubriction.
- Upper and Lower Stems are designed and integrated with
disc to avoid high friction.

Pressure Reducing Valve is an automatic control
valve designed to reduce a higher inlet pressure to a lower
constant outlet pressure regardless of fluctuating flow rates
and/or varying inlet pressure.
It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm
actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern
design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator
open or closed.
